The location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance.

The parking garage should’ve had a way to be able to unload your items better and the front desk staff should let you know more of what is available on the resort.

The gift shop owner was very rude.

I adore the Laketown Wharf for its fantastic location! Nevertheless, there are areas that could use some enhancements. The elevators are a source of frustration. The pools appear unclean likely due to visitors coming directly from the beach, and the pool water could benefit from increased chlorine levels. Additionally, the hallways are in need of frequent cleaning as they often appear dirty.

Overall, the facility requires significant improvements. Security seems more concerned about children playing with balls in the pool than other important matters. It is necessary to designate a smoking area at the pool, as no one mentioned the smoking policy until the last day, despite individuals smoking weed in the condos and at the pool without any intervention. The condo, as a whole, is in need of a thorough cleaning. The carpet is in poor condition, and the musty smell in the cabinets needs to be addressed. All shelf liners should be replaced, and the mattresses are in terrible shape.

The room itself was amazing. Very clean throughout, and the view was fantastic. The master bedroom and master bathroom were perfect, and our 3 younger girls loved the bunk bedroom. The furniture and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The elevator wait times were awful. We understand the size of the resort and the amount of people staying can tend to lead to long wait times, but we waited over 20 minutes a few different times. The location outside of the resort was rough at times. A couple of nights law enforcement had their hands full with rowdy kids and teenagers out on the beach and streets.
