Went to stay as 4 different families, brilliant house. Hot tub was superb and the kitchen facilities were exceptional. Communication was great and the house was so clean and comfortable

The house is great. The owners really have thought of everything. The host is outstanding keeping in touch throughout our stay making it very clear nothing is too much trouble. The location is great, yes it's on a busy main road but you can't hear the traffic once inside and there was plenty of parking available (we were a group of 12 with 6 cars). We went for a lovely walk down the canal and in to Saltaire. The canal is a 5 minute walk away. Saltaire was great with lots of lovely pubs and there was a festival on while we were there which was a great surprise. The beds are super comfy and the towels and linen all top quality. Having a bathroom on every floor was so conveient and the showers were hot and powerful. The hot tub is very high end and was a lovely way to relax with a morning coffee. We loved the extra touches like the huge hamper, milk in the fridge and coffee pods for the machine. Already looking at booking this again for next year's family gathering.

The host was amazing he got the property ready for check-in hour earlier and let us know that there was no rush to check out, giving us time to have sleep in. There were complimentary foodies left for us ready, hot tub , and property. There were all facilities and equipment you could need and more! Tha is to house lay out there is comfort, privacy and quiet for sleeping but perfect common area to cook play games and keep an eye on kids in hot tub. Bbq is prepped, ready, and available. We loved the house and had great time!

5 over 50s having a get together after losing close friends over past year and happily accepted by the host who before arriving and during stay was contactactable and also messaged to make sure all ok! ..Beautiful big house decorated well with plenty of seperate rooms downstairs to eat or watch tv….big bedrooms with really comfortable beds and all bathrooms perfect! On a main road but suggest a walk to nearby brewery and a 4 mile walk along canal to saltaire/ bingley….Great 2 days away with no complaints….even a pub across road! Thx

Nothing to dislike

The house had everything you could need for a comfortable home from home. Very well appointed kitchen with gas hob, two ovens, microwave and all the pots and pans and utensils plus fridge freezer and masses of cupboard space. Bedrooms have large comfy beds, and two bathrooms plus additional toilet. Sitting room and large dining area in conservatory.

Not a problem for us, but the house is on the Otley Road which is fairly busy but there is off-road parking for 2-3 cars, and on-street parking as well.

Kitchen, lounge and bedrooms were super clean and very comfortable. Lovely shower on middle floor. Very warm and cosy. Great location to be explore Saltaire. Hosts were super generous and left us a lovely hamper! Also dog friendly and they left dog treats 😍

Shower on 2nd floor electric, temperature a bit temperamental but we managed fine with the other shower. No champagne flutes!
