The deposit will be fully refunded provided that all house rules are followed and no damage or violations occur. 3. **Prohibited Activities**: Please note that parties, group activities, and business-related activities are strictly prohibited within the premises. This policy is in place to maintain the comfort and security of all guests. 4. **Identification and Proof of Address**: Guests will be required to provide a valid government-issued form of identification (e.g., passport, driver's license) upon request. Additionally, proof of address will also be requested to ensure accurate guest records. This information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and local regulations. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and could lead to additional charges for any damages, violations, or expenses incurred as a result of noncompliance. We kindly request your cooperation to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests during your stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
