Caution de 300 euros demander verser une première fois ...le loueur nous dit qu'il n'a rien reçu...faisons un second virement avec compte différent....pour recevoir le code du boîtier a clef...nous avons attendu 1h30 devant la location avant de rentrer dedans. 600 euros donc de caution remboursable sous 7 jours...tjr rien a ce jour presque 1 mois après avoir quitter la location. Nous avons dû nous rapprocher de booking malheureusement pour le moment tjr en attente du remboursement de la caution. Pas de drap pour le lit de la chambre parent....signaler des le premier jour...nous n'avons rien eut de notre séjour de 4 jours. Machine a laver ne fonctionnait pas. Tambour HS. Aucun état des lieux pour justifier de la fameuse caution. Loueur malhonnête a fuire de toute urgence.

La malhonnêteté, le je m'en foutisme, le ternissrment de notre séjour. L'accueil....le fait de dormir sans drap....séjour désagréable.

Super endroit, propre, calme avec une belle piscine. Au top nous avons super bien dormi avec volets roulants électriques et un bonne climatisation. Un endroit que je recommande avec grand plaisir.

Hormis un soucis avec la machine a laver qui ne fonctionne pas le reste est impeccable 👍

L’emplacement et le calme

Nous sommes arrivés le ménage n’était pas fait. La vaisselle dans l’évier, le caca dans la cuvette et l’appartement était infesté de cafard. Une femme de ménage est donc venue faire rapidement un brin de menage. Les couvertures étaient couvertes de traces non identifiées. La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas et la piscine n’était pas chauffée . En geste on le propose un prix plus cher que ce que je n’avais payé sur Booking avec la réduction Genius

The photos online looked nice and the location seemed promising. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.

Everything else. We were offered early check-in because the room was supposedly ready, but when we arrived, we had to wait over 8 hours. When we finally checked in, the room was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Housekeeping didn’t arrive until 8pm. The place was infested with cockroaches, the swimming pool was filthy, and the overall cleanliness was terrible. Customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive. To make it worse, they refused to return our deposit, blaming us for the state of the room we were given. The entire experience felt unprofessional and dishonest.

Modern building.

It was falsely advertised. It was Neglected. It had no ground floor apartment. 6 steps up to the front door. Pool was dirty and there was nobody to oversee it. There was no mini market or bar onsite as advertised. The BbQ area was filthy and had not been cleaned at end of last season. Bottles of beer dated May of last year still in a disgustingly dirty fridge. Dead flies in apartment. No toiletries as advertised. Car an absolute essential. Bonus stop or bus service within at least 3 km of unsafe walking. Shuttle service from airport 3km away was €55. We paid €20 including tip to a taxi outside door of airport. Taxi to the harbour in Chania €30 each way. No shops or restaurants close by.

Our rental car was already waiting for us on the premises, which made the start of our holiday stress-free. The service provided was exceptional; we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
