"Freezing cold"

The location of the apartment is close to city center.

The place is not how it looks in the pictures, it's kind of old and shabby. It was freezing cold all night even if the temperature of the was set to warm. There is no thermic or sound isolation at the windows, you practically feel as if being outside. There is also a lot of noise on the street.
