Trop de complications: problèmes de clés (coincés à la piscine pendant une heure car badges ne marchaient plus sans aucune explication) Problème de clé à l’appartement qui ne s’ouvrait plus: coincés 40min à 10:30pm à la porte. L’intervention est arrivée mais l’attente pénible. Le cadenas de la boîte à clés est défaillant et on a mis 20 min à partir lors du Check out pour trouver un moyen de fermer la boîte aux lettres avec les clés dedans.

The wifi coverage is so bad. The mobile network also not good if you stay in the rooms. You only can get access to pool, but not to the gym. The agent should book the gym session, but when i chat the agent, only get reply from AI. So, if you plan to use gym here, i guess it is prohibited for the guest..
