1) Toilet floor is slippery as no toilet slippers provided. Felt like there is mold on floor. 2) pillows too soft 3) 2 rooms with non functioning airconds despite reported, only received reply from AI in the WA message 4) game console need some repair, missing buttons and many games cannot play 5) can hear ‘neighbour’ running, moving furniture, loud thump in middle of night
MYLocation is good, the entertainment facility is good, got playground in the house, child like it, also with game machine and mahjong. Spacious and clean.
Actually from first sight it was exceed my expectation, but the basic facility like fan and aircond not really function well. For the fan, can function after change a universal control after calling to customer service. But for the aircond in one of the room, it will auto turn off after certain duration, and need to manual turn on again, after get the guy to come and check, but after that still the same. Then we text the customer service again but being ignore. Other than that, overall is good.
