Comfy beds, lots of spaces to sit and chill out, comfy sofas, clean linen and towels, lovely garden great football goals.

It wasn’t clean on the surfaces/floors when we arrived, dog hairs and dusty. General upkeep needed. Wouldn’t take much more TLC to make the accommodation outstanding. Can be a little cold when the heating isn’t on. No WiFi code given on arrival, would be easy to just make that available.

Great location, plenty of space in the property for our 9 person family + dog. Huge garden.

If en suite had a shower as well as the main bathroom that would be perfect but not a major issue.
