Very spacious and excellent condition

Wasn’t the property we had booked. Was told on our arrival it needed maintenance so we had to go a different property…… looking at reviews this is a common complaint!

El departamento es super grande (como para 4 personas), esta bien equipado y limpio.

Nos pareció poco acogedor, nunca pudimos modificar la calefacción lo cual hizo que el departamento estuviera bastante fresco.

About three hours before we arrived, as we were on our way to Belfast they cancelled. They said it was due to storm damage but there was very little evidence of storm damage in Belfast. We had to pay extortionately for alternative emergency accommodation. We have not been compensated by either party for the incredible inconvenience this caused.

Our original booking was unavailable due to a leak that flooded the apartment. Our host found us another property that was suitable for our needs. Our host was responsive to all our questions and handled the whole process without any problems. The apartment was modern, clean and had great linens. This is definitely a great choice for a city break or short stay. It's located within walking distance from Belfast City Center and will not disappoint.

The replacement property was clean and modern. The property building felt like a decommissioned prison building. The front lobby was a bit lacking in cleanliness, but we were not there for the lobby. Our room was surprisingly nicer, despite the building condition.

Location was great

The toilets were constantly running.
