Swannery Vista 2 Bedroom Apartment

Perfect location. Comfortable and spacious.

Stairs were a little slippy and you could hear the doors banging from the apartment downstairs.

The location was great, close to the train station and to the beach. It was really quiet in the bedrooms, which was great. The property was really clean and comfortable. The host was brilliant we had to call him about a very small issue in the bathroom to do with the shower. the communication and service was brilliant, he came out and fixed the issue.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like the maisonette worked well for us. We would have liked a toaster but this is just a small thing.

Near the station, and the beach, easy to get anywhere. No need to contact anyone, everything was there, clean and worked. Even the temperature was comfortable when it was approaching 30C outside - bedrooms are two floors up, a bit further from street noise, with more air.

No bathroom door lock might bother some, but probably be a benefit with small children. Steep stairs between bedrooms and bathroom could be awkward at night- but there is an automatic light

The beds were comfortable.

On arrival, I found the kitchen and bathroom very grubby. Kitchen bin still full from previous stay, smelling with old fruit. The bathroom shower wasn’t clean. Stairs throughout the apartment were extremely narrow and steep. Especially from the entrance door, which was really narrow. Very dangerous for walking up and down with my newborn, I had to go down sideways. Very loud throughout the night due to being on the main road. No parking available and car parking nearby is very expensive, not reasonable. I didn’t feel safe throughout my stay as there is no easy, quick escape plan if there was an emergency/ fire.

Everything as stated on the website . Kelvin landlord very facilitating and kind in enabling earlier checkin and later checkout times.
