Charming home with Sea views & Maltese Balcony by 360 Estates

Le plan fourni sur booking ne correspond absolument pas à l'emplacement réel qui n'est pas en plein centre de La Valette comme indiqué mais complètement à la limite nord de la ville, un endroit où les taxis prétendent ne pas pouvoir venir vous chercher. C'était soi-disant à 100m du musée d'archéologie, alors que c'est à plus d'un kilomètre... Et le prestataire a prétendu au téléphone que ce n'était pas vrai (voir les photos, sur le plan l'emplacement réel est tout en haut à droite !). En outre, il y avait des travaux dans le voisinage immédiat de l'immeuble (remplacement de bow-windows dès 7h30 du matin...) que le propriétaire aurait pu, au minimum, annoncer... A noter enfin que l'escalier très étroit pour accéder à l'appartement était encombré de détritus par endroits...

The location by the local bus route was very handy. The views from the bedroom were exceptional. Local shops and eateries were a short walk away. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.

As an mature couple we found the stairs hard work, especially after a long day walking around the sites. They are very steep and if you're trying to get large suitcases up them it will be a struggle. Also the power supply was intermittent and there is a second fuse box on the first landing that has to be reset as well as the one in the apartment. We experienced 4 power cuts in 4 days, not great. The problem with the TV, as mentioned in other reviews, I overcame by taking my Amazon fire stick. Unfortunately there is major renovation work going on next door, which starts at 7am. That was very disturbing but I realise there's nothing that can be done about that but, in my estimation that will be going on for the rest of this Summer, at least. Apart from that the apartment was well situated, adequately stocked with all that you would need to enjoy your holiday in fabulous Malta.

Sevmedigim bir şey yok;sadece terasın kapatilan alaninda kahvalti yaptik hava soğuk ve ruzgarli oldugundan.Kabanlarla kahvalti yaptik.Yoksa her şey çok güzeldi.

Rendkivül jó elhelyezkedés minden (üzletek éttermek a központi busz terminál sétatávolságra) csodás panoráma két irányba is. Kénylmes szállás nagyon korrekt ár-érték aránnyal.

The view over the harbour was amazing and the flat was well-furnished

The apartment was very dusty and so the floors could have been cleaner

views were great from lounge and bedroom. plenty of space, nice big fridge.

3 flights of stairs but worth it for the views. iron plug was European not suitable for malta. no info pack . no instructions to use tv, etc

The apartment is spacious, light and airy and has great views. It is in a good location for exploring Valletta.

It took ages to find the apartment as it is not where Google maps takes you and the link in the property manual sent by 360 is also wrong. Had to contact them for help and hope they have now amended the manual. Actual location is Republic St/ junction with St Elmo Place opposite the War Museum. We knew it was on the 3rd floor but be aware the stairs are steep, narrow and spiral. There are 2 switches on the bedroom wall which turn on hot water in the bathroom. These had been switched off when we arrived. 360 sorted this quickly but it would be so easy to put info in the manual. We queried why no hot water supply to the kitchen sink despite a switch labelled hot water and what looks like a heater. Were told no hot water to kitchen. Also no plug that fits kitchen sink or washing up bowl so washing up was a pain. We could not get TV to work reported it and got no response. Think there must be a connecting lead or aerial missing as it isn't picking up channels. Everything provided feels like the minimum - 1 set of towels and 1 tea towel for a week, shower gel but no soap etc. Despite all these gripes the location, views and generous space made for a good week. It would be so easy to sort most of this and we are not the first to say so!

Property not precisely as per map sent us, it is in-fact about another 100m around the bend in Republic St. the taxi driver from Booking.com had no idea either so it took us a good hour to find it. Very low pressure in bathroom sink. Noisy neighbour with motorbike!!
