-The private heated pool usage will require a separate charge at US$50 a day and need notification in advance as it takes 12-24 hours to get the pool heated. -Payment before arrival by bank transfer or credit card is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide payment instructions. -Pet is subject to approval by host. Once approved, the charge is $50 per pet per stay. If pets are found on premise without prior approval from host, there is a charge of $500 per pet. -BBQ grille: Available for rent at $100 per use. That’s inclusive of the cost of propane gas and deep cleaning afterwards. Please request prior to check-in date to allow time to set up.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Location very close to all sights and attractions in the Orlando area. The house it's self was very clean and comfortable had everything we wanted and needed We also enjoyed the security at the entrance of the resort

It was super clean and comfortable.

I had to buy trash bags and there was no dumpster to put the trash outside.

Really clean spacious and the decor was stunning it had everything you need and was very well equipped. Large wardrobe space in every room beds were really comfortable and spacious , outside had a lovely area for a morning walk ,clubhouse with gym ( good equipment used regularly by one of our group) perfect location for local Walmart not far to Disney etc..the good shampoos in every bathroom were also a nice touch I’ve been asked to point out 🫡

Regular visitor to Orlando and can honestly say no faults with this as a vacation home
