Modern flat in Old Town Kaunas - Parking & Self Check-In

Everything was amazing, great location and fully equipped with everything you can need, great WiFi and easy check in, stylish and modern, very clean, smart tv was handy

Mattress was a bit to firm for my liking but I suppose that’s just my preference

Good quiet location.Perfect to explore Kaunas city center, 15min walk to shopping mall. Fully equipped ,clean,warm flat.

Personally didn't like bedroom not having doors

Perfect localization, Free parking with very easy access, fast internet. I was in Kaunas in November, despite cold weather the studio was very warm and cozy.

Everything about the apartment was fine, except for the smell in the apartment and the fact that it was extremely hot inside with no air conditioning. But the worst part was the communication with the host. A few hours after leaving the apartment, we realized that we had forgotten two bottles of wine and two pieces of cheese in the fridge. I messaged the apartment to ask if it would be possible to send the items to the next city, and that I will cover the shipping costs. The response I received was, "you shouldn’t have forgotten them if they belong to you 🤣 It’s only some wine and cheese, no big deal" and "it is your fault, please don’t be forgetful and take responsibility." This is the first time I’ve encountered such communication from a host. I understand that it was my fault for forgetting the items, but the fact remains that the forgotten items belong to me, and the apartment has refused to return them. I recommend avoiding this place, as the host’s sarcastic attitude was surprising and disappointing, showing zero customer orientation.
