"Great apartment but needs update and deep clean"

Very comfortable bed and sofa bed, location is perfect

Property wasn’t clean, especially kitchen and bathroom was dirty . Owner offered to send cleaners the next day but refused as cleaned myself same evening. Owner didn’t show any interest to see the pictures in what state property has been found.

"Good comms from the owner apartment was good but unfortunately due to bad timing there was a lot of construction noise o"

Location was ideal to the shop’s restaurants and most of the klinikas in Kaunas

It was a little cold with no option to change the heating but I understand why you would do that.
