Quiet area Great location, approx 6 mins walk to Telford Centre Close to a Tesco Express Off street parking Conservatory

Cleanliness wasnt great sadly, particularly the bathroom and the kitchen, the beds in 2 of the rooms were old and uncomfortable. We used this as a base so served its purpose and was reasonable value.

The downstairs living and dining area are very well decorated and comfortable. Good pillows and duvet on the beds.

No shower downstairs as advertised, missing cutlery, dirty dishes and dishwasher, mattresses are old, smell in two bedrooms, boiler was not working, shower is not powerful.

Met all our needs and was very clean

Front door lock is a bit fiddly, no batteries in the tv remote.

Hard to say... On positive side there wasn't much mould, it was spacious and quiet. The kettle was boiling water, shower had water, toilets were working, they had a working WiFi, carpets seemed clean, and we had a roll of TP per toilet 🚽 - how generous of them.

Oh boy, no mattress in bedroom 3, had to sleep on 8 pillows collected from other 3 of 4 beds. Broken glass in a cupboard, dusty and oily dishes, cups and cutlery. Dust on furniture, no batteries in the TV remote, slow internet, broken house alarm, nothing in the kitchen, not even complementary tea or coffee. The towel and beddings full of stains even though they seemed washed and smelled fresh. Mould in bathroom, for damaged kitchen cupboards. Burnt out light bulbs. Fire hazard... broken mains outlet switch and buzzing outlets. Overall we paid £400 for 2 night 4 people. Cheap - but for that standard a fair price would be £200

Spiders' web everywhere. It could have been removed and cleaned before. Surfaces in the kitchen looked like clean, but were sticky. The fridge was smelly. Towels look very old, not soft at all.
