Tv did not work, many lamps with no lightball

The apartment was nice and cosy, very danish.

When we arrived on Friday evening there was no toilet paper and no towels in the apartment. For several messages and a phone call to booking.com we got the toilet paper and towels next day at Saturday evening. I bought the toilet paper myself but the lack of these quite important items and the delay on bringing the towels and the toilet paper was really a dissapointment. It took a lot of time to deal this situation.

Literally everything. It's closer to the bus and metro, easy check-in, the place was spotless, very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen have everything you need. The dining room it's an amazing touch and the terrance it's exactly what you need to drink your coffee in the morning. It's a quiet place, people around are quiet so it was also very relaxing. The people from the property were extremely nice, provided us a phone number for emergencies and everything, send us a video on how to get the key, everything was made via booking and everything was alright, they are amazing people.

I like everything.

The properties location was great, easy to get an affordable metro in to and around Copenhagen. Bus routes also easy within the area. The property was spacious and homely, the kitchen really modern with all appliances integrated and clean. Balcony really nice to sit out on, overlooks communal area of residents which is largely made up of couple and families which was really pleasant. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, the picture of the bedroom on the images makes the bed look lumpy! It was in fact very comfortable and also immaculately clean.

Checking In wasn’t as easy as it should have been. We received a video of where the lock box is, which was handy. But then once in the building it was unclear which apartment, on which floor was ours, we called the number and the lady told us she’d phone back in 5 minutes, she never did! We sort of guessed and eventually got ourselves sorted. For anybody booking, it’s in the 2nd floor and is the door on the right, not a big deal once we were in but a little frustrating after a very early flight! The apartment needs a little bit of love, the blinds in the lounge need replaced, kettle isn’t usable as it majorly needs descaled and the shower curtain needs to be replaced. Don’t get me wrong, it’s all fine, the only thing that bothered us was the kettle but we used the induction HOB for hot water to make tea.

The flat exceeded my expectations, everything was perfect, public transport was very close by, a supermarket was also close by. I found it easy to find the apartment contrary to what guests have said.

Ιn general the apartment was good, but...

The apartment was completely dirty when we arrived at 16.00, as it had not been cleaned by the previous guests. Neither new sheets nor towels were available. After several phone calls and several hours of waiting, a lady came to clean (around 19.00). We left to let her do her job better and came back around 10pm when she finished. Then we were able to rest, take a bath after hours of travel. I asked for a refund at least for the first night but they refused. They promised to refund me the cleaning money but they haven't yet. For these reasons the negative review.

The location - it's superb - the metro station is near and there are also buses (7a and 9a) going to the main centre. The apartment was big and cozy.
