Studio at Venice Mall, near Airport, BGC & Makati

Location was good near mall

Aircon fan was so loud we didn’t sleep for 2 nights. Old lumpy pillows, no hot water, didn’t receive check in instructions till after I arrived, staff in lobby were clueless how to help me access apartment… eventually staff called property agent who sent instructions via WhatsApp.

Spacious, clean and had most of the necessities you needed. Kitchen was quite nice and useful. Location was super convenient like access to Venice mall and close to other parts of BGC.

Beds were very uncomfortable, pillows made my neck hurt and blankets were a joke. Air conditioning barely did anything whether you adjusted the temp or not. Toilet seat was also loose which was a little difficult. The staff also wasn’t very accommodating during our stay which was disappointing.

Its not a "One Bedroom Apartment". Its a "Studio Apartment", since there is only 1 room with the bed, sofa and kitchen all in the same room. The checkin experience was not great. The directions on booking.com simply took me to Venice Mall. We spent almost 1 hour walking around with our suitcases trying to find the apartment building. When we finally found the building, the reception had no idea that we were coming and had to call the host. It was all so complicated. The location itself was great, right next to Venice Mall. Although there is a terrible smell of sewage in the location, and this smell always made its way into the bathroom when the water was turned on. Not enough pillows, made it a bit unconfortable to sleep in. Also, the air conditioning unit is extremely loud.

The title is misleading. A "One Bedroom Apartment" is not the same as a "Studio Apartment". Check in experience is very bad.

I liked everything. An incredible unit in an extraordinary location ✨️
