Special Offer - Balcony - Beachfront Condo - Gym

Pros: This is the 3rd time staying at this building, which we love. Pool area is great and has direct access to the beach. It's very well located, everything from restaurants to shopping is quite close (considering Miami's distances). Apartment was spacious and clean and it had great ocean views. Management was helpful and they replied to our inquiries super fast.

Cons: The apartment and it's furniture are not in great shape. It also lacks some basic stuff, mainly the kitchen (no kitchen towels, oven mitts, no cooking or baking basic utensils). In our previous rentals, we got an umbrella and a couple of chairs for the beach, here we only found a broken chair. In addition, there were no beach towels and only 1 toilet paper. We messaged the management and got a quick reply and things were brought the next day.

Estaba en un 6to piso lo cual facilita el uso de escaleras. Teniendo en cuenta que este edificio tiene ascensores colapsados en algunos momentos puntuales. Vista al mar. La predisposición del encargado de la unidad.

Es la 4ta vez que vamos a este condominio (fuimos a otras unidades) Creo que es fundamental que cuente con (por lo menos) dos silletas de playa y una sombrilla. (Tenía una sombrilla en regular estado y una silla a mi entender poco práctica para la playa) También que cuente con toallas dedicadas al uso en la playa. Estos accesorios siempre estaban disponibles en las otras unidades y realmente son necesarias!

Clean apartment, private beach, quiet, staff was helpful

Did not have communication from the owner in regards to the unit we were staying in or code to door. Had to call once we arrived. Thankful the staff at The Tides were helpful. Unit could use some dish towels to dry dishes. Maybe a binder with information in it. For ex. Wifi information, check out procedure,etc.

Pool area was nice, but the rest of the property wasn’t well kept.

The support wasn’t very helpful. Wast well taken care of, condo was dirty, rusted , plugs were so loose everything just fell out of them.

The view and THATS ALL

Where should I start ? The “valet “ is not a valet , you pay for your parking but he was too busy on the phone to explain where to go or that he needs to open the gate 0 out of 10. Than we get up to the apartment, immediate smell of trash (even though place “looked” clean overall it wasn’t!!) than the bathroom, mold in the shower , smell of pee like someone wiped the toilet clean instead of using cleaning products (pee stain inside toilet seat) all this was noticed upon arrival. I messaged the property first thing in the morning and they apologized and said a service ticket was opened and they will send a team to clean (this is supposed to be done before your arrival!) No one came ! Next day I texted again and they told me housekeeping is not part of the stay and I can pay if I want it to be cleaned lol, A DAY AFTER THEY SAID THEY ARE SENDING A CLEANING TEAM. A joke. For 820$ for 3 nights plus 100$ parking plus 30$ for key fob we are nearly at 1k for 3 nights, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AT A HOTEL.

Great location and view with beach access.

Nothing extra. Only 4 towels for 3 people for 5 days and nothing provided for the pool and beach. Also no hot tub as described.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait : l'appartement est grand, très propre, avec une superbe vue sur l'océan et un accès très facile à la plage. Notre arrivée a été très facile grâce aux informations fournies.
