I liked the location only. Closer to the shopping centre.

No Security, no door lock or key, we requested many times you can see our chat box. Smells like bad. Beds were swinging Price was very high compared with what we get. The bedroom was too small like a box room No toiletaries we requested for everything, and he was not bothering much, but we had them after some hours. There was an oven repair guy after 3 pm working o. Electrical work Clothing Machine was on for hours and hours drying old bedsheets during our stay No heating in Kitchen area Iron table wasn't accessible we used floor No lock on toilet door What's left??

location was Ok, but nothing else

I was provided with wrong pin number and had to stay there in the rain ringing the owner to get it sorted ,wifi didn't work and I did rang the guy to come and fix it but he never turned up, we should have 3 double beds but we've had two double and one air mattress which we had to pump it our selfs instead, mould in the toiled, cooker didn't work so we couldn't do a hot breakfast. Wouldn't go there again, even for half price. It was absolutely shocking!!!

Location and the layout of the apartment

The accommodation is extremely clean and the rooms are a good size. Inside the accommodation there is everything necessary for guests, the gentleman who received us is very friendly and always ready to satisfy the needs of his guests. My family and I really enjoyed being there for three days.

Bads and bath were particularly clean, the rest of the property was clean as well: this makes a most important difference for an accomodation in the lower price class. The rides to London by bus and underground start nearby, are frequent and fast and the close shopping mall is a great resource. Availability of WiFi has been handy.

The kitchen was not much equipped and in particular lacking enough cutlery for all of us. The equipment was also not as well cleaned as the rest of the flat was. The toilet bowl had a broken screw, but the host reacted immediately and we didn't ask to replace immediately because this was no issue for a few days of staying. These are all minor issues which are easy to fix and should not downgrade the staying experience.

Location, easy access to central London

Serious refurbishments required, toilet seat broken, some tiles broken in the bathroom, overall status of property quite poor; shortage of chairs and cutlery. Lack of privacy as the shed in the garden can also be let.

Apartment had not been cleaned was in a mess had to wait an hour for someone to come to clean they couldn't speed English so left was given second apartment the wardrobes full of creased sheets so no room to hang my clothes poorly managed and run.
