The cabin is excellent. It’s bedding, toilet , kitchen facilities, the welcome pack, it’s cleanliness everything I liked. The host are very helpful and kind . My thanks to them for making our stay memorable

"Secluded spot but very poor self-catering facilities"

A small wooden cabin on the edge of a wood, with private housing nearby. Private and secluded, appox 1 mile from Fort Augusta centre. Free parking. Very clean.

Very poor and limited self-catering facilities, which let down our stay. We wanted to make a 'spag bol' for tea. Only 1 small frying pan, one induction hob (which is mobile), a microwave but no cooking dishes, 1 small knife, no cooking utensils, no cooking bowls (for pasta)... if this property is advertised as self-catering, then proper/enhanced cooking facilities/items are required!!

"Fabulous."

Had a fabulous two nights stay here, this place was absolutely perfect for us,top quality cabin with everything you need, nice and peaceful but still only around a 15 minute walk into Fort Augustus village for food and drinks etc, host was very friendly but also left you alone as well, thanks for the treats😋👍. Next time I plan on being in the area this place will be the first place I look for availability.

Absolutely loved our stay the cabin is beautiful it had everything in it and it was so peaceful, very modern and yvonne was such a nice lady
