It whas relaxing and peaceful.

Long walk to beach.

Nice views and nice estate.

Owner didn't even know we were coming so we couldn't get into the property and we couldn't get hold of them on the contact number given. We were forced to find alternative accommodation - which ended up costing more per night - and was in a neighboring town. After driving to the neighboring town, the owner then phoned us back apologizing and telling us to cancel our new accommodation and come back. So we did, but upon arrival, he phoned to say he couldn't find someone to clean the apartment and we must make a plan with other accommodation. So we drove back to the neighboring town, using up our free mileage on our car rental, which we ended up paying in for. Despite mentioning free wifi, there wasn't any - the light on the modem was red and apparently you need to pay to use wifi on the estate. One of the main reasons we chose them was because they offered wifi and we needed to work. There was no soap for hands or for the bathrooms and despite having a washing machine, there was no washing powder - not even enough for a single wash. I may be wrong about this one, but I don't even think there was dish soap. No one traveling for a few days is going to go out and buy a full bottle of washing powder or dish soap to use for a few days. There were also cockroaches running around everywhere. After having to chase the owner for a refund for the first night, he only bothered to refund me the cost of what HE received AFTER Booking.com deducted fees. Basically, he made us pay for what Booking.com charged him for hosting, despite not providing us with accommodation and making us drive up and down between towns in a rental at night. When confronted about this and asking for the full amount I paid to be refunded, he ignored me. I hope the R100 you scored was worth this review.

Very comfortable stay. Loved the shower.

The sleeper couch was not comfy to sleep in.

The apartment is bad news

The kid's bed are very hard. Inside the wardrobe there were dirty towels and things that were probably left by previous guests ( meaning they don't clean). A the whole apartment is dusty.

The house was very clean and had everything you needed. We loved the deck as well.

The sleeper couch was not the comfiest, however we adapted. We also could not find the tidal pool that was advertised along with the private beach entrance.

Everything was exceptional

Aircon wasn't working Geyser element broke DVD didn't want to play music

Pests could be taken care of and kids were terrible on the property
