A little tired ready for decorating and new carpets

The ease of access was nice to use the paper scan to enter the property. Great location. Large space that was very accommodating for our group. Fast responses from the host was also helpful for questions.

The property was advertised as if the grill was included, then a couple days before the arrival we were told that the grill was extra for a fairly large fee.

The amenities were as described and the beds were comfortable

The only grievance I have was I would like more variety of pots for cooking

Ein sehr großes und schönes Haus im typisch amerikanischem Stil zu einem guten Preis. Toller Pool und große Terrasse. Check in mittels Türcode genauso wie für die Außentore macht es wirklich unkompliziert und einfach.

Es wäre schön wenn man wie wir Nachts kommt , etwas Instandpulver im Haus hätte um sich morgens einen Kaffee zu machen. Außerdem muss man daran denken sich mit Pfeffer und Salz einzudecken. Ansonsten ist aber alles da was man zum kochen braucht.In einem der Schlafzimmer war es immer deutlich kälter als in den anderen, obwohl es über eine Zentralsteuerung geregelt wurde.

The rugs and chairs needed to be cleaned. A little steam cleaning once and awhile would help.

It was conveniently located around everything not far from Disney. They were very accommodating to our needs we celebrated Graduation and a birthday and they allowed other family to visit for a while to celebrate our son’s graduation.

We lived everything especially the master bedroom setup

The WiFi was mostly the problem, but it could have been door to the storm

Host was very quick to reply and try to take care of any problem. House had lots of room for 10 people. Very pleased that we never ran out of hot water while showering. The QR code for gate entry was greatly appreciated Plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. Lots of pots and pans to use to cook with and utensils. 2 kitchen towels are provided along with sponge and dishwashing soap. There were no hot mitts or hot pads.

Towel situation - only a one bath and hand towel per person and 1 face towel per bathroom. I was surprised to find the linen closets had no extras. I did ask about wash clothes, was told that they are considered a personal item and must bring our own. There is a washer and dryer, but we didn't really want to have to wash our towels every day. There were pool towels for our use. Although the description says there is a hot tub, when asked if we could have the heat raised being as it wasnt much warmer than the pool, was informed that it was not a hot tub but actually a spa and was given a explanation of the difference. They supply what they say they do and nothing extra. Bring your own salt/pepper, coffee filters, spices, books, games, puzzles.

We enjoyed how comfortable the beds were. The space and location it was in.

I didn’t like the games room. I think it should have a lil more features but other than that it’s nice.
