ZAZAIt was beautiful and comfortable. The pillows and bed were soft and comfortable. The bedding and overall room and bathroom was clean. The TV was huge and also and Android TV. The best place ever!!
Thieves broke into the apartment next to mine and stole a TV and hairdryer around midnight of our 2nd night there. It traumatized me so much. Other than that the facility is great I will give them a 9 for the rest. The 1 that is left is because of safety our was compromised.
ZAThe location of the place, everywhere I needed to be, was walking distance.
They don't change your towels every 3rd day as they've told you they would, and the cleaners don't clean every 7th they as what they told you with check-in. I went to reception every time and asked them for clean towels and asked them if the cleaner could clean my room.

The fact that I had a cold shower before we checked out was a very huge turn off for me
ZAWe absolutely loved staying at The Rose and will definitely be staying there on a regular basis when we visit Cape Town. It is beautifully decorated and well situated for our needs both for business and leisure.
There was a delay in getting the pin to access the room but the hostess tried her best to resolve it which she did. Although the bed is really tiny for 2 people (we stayed at the Rose previously) we decided for one of us to sleep on the couch which was not ideal.
