In order to maintain normal energy consumption, please close doors and windows when the air conditioning is on and please turn it off in your absence. Electricity consumption is included up to € 3 / day. The daily consumption is visible via a smartphone app (EDF Dom & Corse). If the consumption is exceeded, the excess must be paid by the customer. The amount will be determined by the number of kWh in excess of the fixed price multiplied by the price including VAT per kWh set by EDF.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
