Do not know. Apartment was not sanitary or habitable. After 3 hours of no resolution we left.

Arrived to unclean apartment, crap on living room floor, laundry not done (I had to finish it) no key, no dishes, all of which was understandable, last tenant supposedly left late. But - a backed up, clogged kitchen sink, full of greasy food waste. Couldn't tell it wasn't vomit, the whole place was gross smelling (was told previous tenant burned something) I had been informed of a "garbage disposal issue" Not a gagging mess. I immediately said that was unsanitary, and they had to fix it. I heard "15 minutes," a couple of times, then excuses that it was the holiday (It was, lots of folks travel on holidays). 3 hours later I was told no one would be there until the next day sometime, building management did not consider it urgent. I explained I thought it was urgent. But no, they left it there, sink coated with food waste, didn't clean it up, didn't clean the rest of the apartment (I had to pick up used paper towels from the balcony) didn't bring any dishes. When I heard I was expected to just deal, I asked for a new unit. I did not hear back or get a confirmation that would be done. So I left, sent a message to everyone saying the unit was Uninhabitable. Half hour later I was offered a different unit but I was not interested in doing business with them anymore since I felt they'd already violated our rental agreement by not providing a working kitchen. This company manages many buildings and many units for lots of money and has the ability to call in a plumber on a holiday at 1 pm. If "building management" did not consider it problem, when would they bother dealing with it? How long wouldn't I have a kitchen (dishes were not there by the time we left) - being able to cook there is what made this "perfect" place affordable for our 35th wedding anniversary. But we did get gifted a sink of rotting food.

Spacious, amenities, and location was perfect.
