Lovely stay

Clean & modern, well furnished, tastefully styled & central location.

Our parking space was taken the entire time of our visit, mold in the grouting of the shower.

Location was amazing Great apartment

Good location. Parking good.

Arrived to the place having not been cleaned before our arrival. Was told we couldn't get it cleaned until the morning which meant we slept in a bed with hair and stains. The bathroom had urine stains on the floor. Only given a cleaning fee refund. Not acceptable. Shower was SO hot and strong it almost took the top layer of your skin off. Bathroom had silverfish

The staff were terrible and they didn't know what the there doing it was like faulty towers. The Indian guy saying that the keys were on the wall outside the door of the apartment it wasn't we waiting 4 hours for the room we was told we could get an early check in they lied to us terrible service we will never go back to this place. 💩Service. they both don't no what there doing more supervision needed. We couldn't park up the car because there was no fob to let us in waiting 4hours for the room we had to change our train tickets which cost us £20.00 we was told we could get an early check in. But we was told by the Indian lady that would be fine well it wasn't we were glad to leave we left the keys at reception as instructed and by her and guy said so no problem. And I videoed it and let India man see. We will never come back to this place it was a💩service. DO NOT BOOK ANY APARTMENTS THIS PROPERTY STAY WELL AWAY!!! BECAUSE IT'S SHIT!!! 💩

The location great for everything in Cardiff and spacious apartment.

Although there were fans in the apartment,it was really warm even with the windows open, but it’s summertime! Be nice to have a better quality pillow also.

Location, quality of furniture and finishing.

Water pressure was a bit high but all fixtures were adjustable.
