The cabin itself is a lovely layout with three stories of living space. Each has its own bedroom and full bath, which makes it great for individuals and families seeking privacy. The access to the Blue Lake HOA country club was lovely. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We had a great time playing tennis early in the morning and then heading out before it got too hot. But, grabbing a shower and heading into the pool or the lake was also an option. There were a few issues with the property (i.e. the cabin lacks A/C and the screen door to the main floor balcony was broken). As a result, we tried just propping the screen against the balcony door to cover the opening, but it became clear that we were attracting lots of bugs and so we just gave up and closed the balcony door, which made it pretty hot during the day. We got creative and grabbed a couple of fans from the bedrooms and that helped with cooling, but it was still an ambient 85 degrees in the cabin during the afternoon and well into the evening. Communication with the owner was great.
