Gorgeous 2 Queen Bedroom Apartment in North Buffalo with 70 inch TV

The location was great. The apartment was comfortable and clean with good wifi. But there's little to find on foot except a Tim Hortons, if like us you don't have a car. But that should reflect badly on the property which was well-furnished, clean and comfortable.

Easy access to the apartment. Location was good. Beds were comfortable.

The place needed a deep clean. The return vent looked like it was covered in black mold but it was just a half inch of dust. All of the baseboards need to be wiped down. The bathroom tile and around the tub need to be scrubbed thoroughly. A guide for the TV would of been helpful. The thermostat could not be adjusted so it got stuffy inside the apartment. We had to open the windows.

Cleanliness is poor, dust everywhere, mold on all windows frame.

It was a nice area with all we needed as a small family, close to both Niagara and Buffalo.

Confortable, internet.

Not that clean and very noisy neighbors downstairs

Location was convenient for our needs.

This *could be* a great rental but it needs a thorough cleaning and some TLC
