Nothing.everything is likeable

The location was pretty nice.

The host was unresponsive to our queries or took an unreasonably long time to reply. Despite confirming at the time of booking, a crib was not provided. Additionally, basic essentials like shower gel, hand wash, and dishwashing liquid were missing. To make matters worse, the coffee machine was clogged with numerous used pods.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to main areas and got the metro station very close

Even though it was cleaned, the apartment was old. Photos were a bit deceiving. The sofa bed is not a sofa bed it was like a folded mattress that when unfolded it becomes a single mattress to sleep on the floor. The bedding for the mattress was not there even though we booked for 2 kids and an adult. The room had a double bed where the kids slept but for the adult there wasn’t at least a blanket for the living room mattress. Requested it from the first night and didn’t receive it till the last night! It was very cold winter vacation spent in Madrid.

The location was great.

The key situation was not good. first had trouble getting the key code. second the air conditioning always was dripping on u when u had to access the key to come and go. The building hallway was very dirty even after the cleaners were there veryday. I had to pick up emtpy cans and scraps of paper daily because we got sick of walking past them. Also didn't like looking at buckets/mops in bathroom.

If you're staying in warm weather, the balcony view is cool and the location is perfect, close to almost everything. However, the neighborhood is noisy, with people staying up until midnight even on weekdays.

Communication with the owner is extremely difficult. They rarely respond to messages and don’t speak English. When asked, they just say to translate messages, and when I messaged in English, there was no reply until I wrote in Spanish, which is unacceptable. I also confirmed there was an iron, but it wasn’t there. When I asked for one, the response came too late, with just an apology. Customer satisfaction and support don't seem to be a priority.

The location was good. The area is nice and Madrid is one of my favorite cities in Europe.

You cannot get a hold of the host (at all) - even when they had changed the code for our door digitally and we could not get in. No hair dryer and the kitchen is lacking a lot. Other people stayed in different apartments in the same building, and they had to wait on the stairs for hours, unable to get hold of the host.
