No tenía puerta la ducha

La casa muy descuidada nada que ver con las fotos. Ascensor sin funcionar por obras y no avisan cuando viy con un menor de 4 años y operada de espalda andando todos días a un 7 con maletas y carro de niño. He intentado ponerme en contacto con Anfitrion sin tener resultado. La cocina en mal estado muy dejada . Ducha sin mampara . Muchas cosas más que podría ir enumerando. NO RECOMENDAROA NUNCA ESTE ALOJAMIENTO

La ubicación evidentemente es maravillosa! Gran ambiente, bien comunicado, cerca de Gran Vía, sol...

La mampara solo había mitad/mitad..por el centro de escapaba todo el agua, si no quieren poner una nueva podrían poner unas cortinas monas y dejar un cubo y una fregona por lo menos ya que el agua al ducharse se salía y se formaba una auténtica piscina en el baño, y sin tener como recogerla pues, sinceramente , fue un poco desastre..el sofá no vió un trapo en años, iba a dormir mi hija en el pero al final tuvo que dormir con nosotros porque daba bastante asquito..para abrirlo bien, pero nos tuvimos que ir sin cerrarlo porque no había manera humana..una pena tener estos dos detalles negativos porque el precio es bastante razonable dada a su genial ubicación..

Good size and great location right in the centre, just outside is a metro station on the doorstep. Own kitchen and fridge bathroom and washing machine and drying rack if you want to do washing Gorgeous view from our room, and good air conditioning

1. Bathroom stank really bad of sewage, which inevitably made the whole apartment smell worse 2. Check in was 3, we advised well before our stay we would be arriving at 3 for check in, and when we got there the bedsheets werent made, we had no towels and no toilet roll. I had contacted the owner, and somebody came and bought a plastic bag of towels and bedsheets left them at our door about 5pm for us to make our own bed… still no toilet roll (as advised on the booking it is included). 3. No tea or coffee was there or the toilet roll which we had to go buy ourself, which is not too much of an issue, just don’t advertise things are included if they’re not. 4. A lot of the dishes and cutlery were not clean so before use we had to re wash anything we needed to use. 5. We were travelling 2 of us with 2 large 25KG suitcases each from the UK, and by putting us up on the seventh floor, it would’ve been nice to tell us the lift was broken and didn’t work. Luckily I was with my boyfriend who helped me after dragging his up seven flights of stairs. But if I was alone I would’ve had to find somebody to help me. So again do not advertise a lift if it is broken, otherwise we would not have booked to stay here knowing we were travelling with very heavy suitcases, we would chose somewhere more accessible to our flat.

La ubicación

Tenía la heladera que no cerraba la puerta del freezer , cuando llegamos el piso estaba todo mojado. Tuvimos que limpiar todo . Avisamos a la empresa y nos dijeron que no podía ser que la puerta no cierre. Estuvimos los tres días con agua en el piso y limpiando todo el tiempo. A la ducha le faltaban dos puertas de la mampara y el agua no drenaba. Todo inundado el baño. Avisamos y no tuvimos respuesta. La empleada que limpia nos dijo que hace tiempo esta así y que ella ya avisó a la empresa pero no lo arreglan. Había pelos de mujer en todo el piso. El sillón tenía ácaros y amanecí todo picado en las piernas.

Nada me gostou!

L’appartement est situé au 7ᵉ étage, mais malheureusement l’ascenseur était en panne durant les premiers jours. Cela a fortement compliqué notre séjour avec un bébé, un enfant, une poussette et plusieurs valises. Nous avons également regretté le manque de réactivité de l’hôte, qui n’a pas répondu à nos

Very disappointing experience. The sofa was broken and unusable. The shower had no doors, the drain was clogged, and water was everywhere. The fridge wouldn’t close properly. On top of that, the staff didn’t understand English, which made communication extremely difficult. Would not recommend
