Finest Retreats - Pittodrie Guest House - Room 3

Was a short bus journey away from the city centre which is handy. The room was clean and comfortable.

Was disappointed to find that the room included a shared bathroom with other guests and this was not clearly stated. We were given complimentary biscuits that were out of date by a year. When we arrived we hadn’t been given the code for the door and it took 15 minutes to get in touch with the host to get the codes sent to us. The door codes were really impractical as they were really long. We visited on a busy weekend but the value for money was not good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Fridge in room with a complimentary beer was a nice touch. Lovely complimentary toiletries and dressing gowns as well. Shared bathroom had plenty of toiletries for guest use and even sanitary products which I thought was a nice touch.

If there was any downside, it was the code's needed to get into the accommodation. Two long winded codes, one about 10 digits long to get into the property and then a further 8 digit code to get into the room. There is no hairdryer either, so make sure you have one with you.

It was good locality and the house is very quiet toilet is better and security

There was no one to welcome me but l used th codes to access in the house, it was organised but there was a lack of ventilation and the smell of mold was very strong and l had to leave the windows open all the time and l also didn’t see the housekeeper to ask for the vacuum cleaner,here’s this note
