Only One Group! Koyasan 35min by Car, 2h by Train, Free Bikes, Walk to Station

The owner was very friendly and spoke English well. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Quiet and private. Close to the train station.

Not quite as convenient for visiting Koyasan as I had expected. Going there it was about 1.5 hours, and coming back, with train connections, it was over two hours. Probably convenient if you have a car, but if you’re relying on public transport less so.

FANTASTIC PLACE! The owners are such a wonderful, helpful young couple who were communicative and kind, and you really do feel like you get so much space and value for money! They even offered to keep our luggage while we went stayed the night in Koyasan. Could not recommend more highly. (We particularly loved the projector!)

Own comfortable private floor upstairs. Included: dining room with a mini fridge, toilet and bedroom with two single beds and an AC. Beds were hardish in a very good way, felt well rested in the morning. Shared bathroom and kitchen downstairs. Everything was perfectly clean and working as they should. Hosts were exceptionally caring. We missed our train station and they came and picked us up from 4km away with their car without us asking. Nice couple, showed us the apartment and gave us clear instructions on everything. Pro tip if you are walking to Koyasan from Jison-In: ask the hosts to order you a taxi beforehand for the morning. Trip from this accommodation to Jison-in was less than 10mins with a taxi and cost us 1600 yen.

The owners are some of the nicest persons I've met in Japan. They helped us a lot and made the stay perfect and turned it in a good memory of pur trip. The room was clean and spacious. Everything was perfect. The place is near to a beautiful park and 10 minutes walk from a JR station. There's also a nice onsen just 2 stations away.

Lovely hosts, highly recommend staying in this cute little town which is so close to Koyasan. We got lucky to experience this since the temple stays were sold out. The private living room was so cozy and Japanese style, and the room, beds were quite comfortable too. We were also gifted some fresh produce from their garden and it was a sweet gesture. We took out the bikes for a little bit and explored the area, it was beautiful. Very welcoming people and the responses to our queries were quick. 10/10!

Absolutely amazing place to stay a few days, close to koya by car and others lovely places. The owners are great and gentle, they live in the house but you will have the entire top floor for you with living room, toilet and room. The living room is great for raining days like I had, a really nice Japanese experience. The beds are really comfortables and the place is quiet during night.
