The price was good.

I liked the place however the place needed a little tlc especially the out side. Rhing rhat nwwd work hotwater is inconsistent, the tv was not properlyounted to the wall. Curtain needs to be replaced. I and the dogs bark all night.

We started in the "Pan" casita: we immediately reported cleanliness issues, and a shower with water that fluctuated from boiling hot to freezing cold as well as gross calcium and lime build up. Also had issues with the door as the lock jammed, and we were locked inside. Moved to the "Vino" casita, also had cleanliness problems, outdoor furniture was so old and damaged that I fell through a chair. By day five, we had a major issue: the toilet tank made a gargling noise and the entire casita ran out of water, we couldn’t even use the restroom. Property refusing to refund our 6 nights owed, suggested a refund of 3 of the 6 nights only. As of now, we haven’t received any refund.

The location was great. We were close to many wineries. The rooms were clean. There was filtered water. The outdoor area was cute and we enjoyed our evening outside enjoying our wine.

Just needs a few repairs.

We enjoyed the privacy that the unit had. The landscape of the community area was well kept and quaint.

When we arrived, the keys to our unit were not in the lock box. This was resolved by the properties caretaker. The unit was beautiful, but looked like it may have not been cleaned. There was a small amount of toilet paper and the sheets had makeup on them. There are a lot of dogs (pets) in the area and they bark frequently. The unit provided earplugs, so I’m sure this is an ongoing issue. internet is very unstable, so the TV (netflix) was very sparse. The shower pressure is very weak, it was comparable to someone sprinkling water on you. The unit itself and decor was cute and retro, something the owners took time with.
