Modern, well furnished, had everything needed. Clean. Above a lovely pub.

The walk up the path to the front door was slippy due to the time of year. And the step up to the front door was quite hazardous, we had to be careful. The rubbish bins immediately outside the property at the front door did not have lids and the rubbish had blown all over the garden which was unsightly when we arrived.

Comfy and reasonable well furnished for a couple Would not accommodate 6 to be honest and even 4 would feel crowded.

Very bad access - I fell flat on my face tripping over construction pathway over wet astroturf, in the dark. Astroturf pathway very slippery even with wooden inserts. Lots of disused and broken furniture in the yard plus soaking wet astroturf. Back door has a small step down just before the door - I fell down this several times. All these hazards need signing. I’m a fit woman so got away with bruises and wet clothes. But they could cause alot of harm for which the owner would be liable We were interrupted several times by someone wanting to access the property to do some sort of WiFi job. We had dogs with us and we asked him to wait until we had left. But he came back twice more and the access door from the pub was opened while we we’re out, so someone obviously tried again. This felt very intrusive Could do with some sort of provision for women doing their hair - I got a chair in from outside It is situated over a local pub which wasn’t mentioned. The noise upset our dogs so we had to play music so they couldn’t hear. The owner says the dogs were barking while we were out for a couple of hours - which they would only do if someone came to the door or their was a lot of noise.
