It’s very near downtown, everything is accessible supermarket and ayala center cebu mall is a walking distance. Also has a lot of 711 nearby.

Nothing everything work out well. just maybe they could add a double lock to the door for extra security.

"Great place to spend a night or two in Cebu"

We booked this for our last two nights on the Philippines and it was entirely appropriate. The condo is small but fully furnished and clean, the beds were very comfy, there's a little balcony where I could smoke and which even has a nice little view (you're not staring into a wall), and everything you need is in walking distance.

The apartment is on the 6th floor and the road in front of it was still surprisingly loud, although I am unusually sensitive, so I guess for most people this should be okay. Also it's right in the city center, so apart of roads and skyscrapers there's not much to explore in walking distance, although I admit we were quite lazy :)
