Cozy Studio 10 minutes from Siesta Key -perfect for couples

Nothing good. We are in touristic journey in Florida from Italy and we booked several accomodations by Booking. Arrived, the place and the room was so terrible, that we left, booking another accommodation on the fly. The owner was not present at check in, he had texted us saying the key was on the door. We sent him a protest message asking for the money back because the accommodation was unpresentable and we weren't even going to stay there for free of charge. We then wrote to the Booking assistance suggesting to cancel this structure. We've lost our money, but it's better to sleep in the car or on the street than in that fetid shack.

At the address there is a small appareing abandoned small house, run down and untidy. What is being rented is a small back shack (studio) in a very bad state, even more unpresentable and run down. Inside there is a single room, you can immediately breathe a smell of damp and stuffy, very old furniture and in bad condition, an air conditioner that when turned on makes more noise than a cement mixer. It literally sucks just walking into it We recommend everyone not to book this property. We have now seen another review which like us describes the very poor state of this accommodation. All the other few good reviews for this accommodation are obviously false

WHAT BREAKFAST? THE BIDET ADDED TO THE TOILET WAS GOOD.

THERE WAS NO TV, WHICH I WATCH BEFORE BED TO RELAX. YOU CAN HOOK UP TO TUBIE OR ROKU. (CABLE WOULD RAISE THE PRICE). IT TAKES A 3-POINT TURN TO GET OUT OF THE BACK YARD. JUST TO INFORM YOU--NOT COMPLAIN.

The mattress was way to soft, the bathroom needs some work the vanity for example needs to be properly installed. Lastly pulling around the back is a little tight, fortunately we didn't drive my truck but my wife's smaller car.
