Serious insect problem!!! No warm water, no internet, no functioning TV, the owner never replied any of the messages. This place is a scam! This property is not maintained. The owner does not pay his bills because nothing works! Avoid this place. It should be removed from the Booking.com

Location

Pros The only Positive thing I can say about this property is the view, since it is in the 18th floor. Nice to see the Heroes Cemetery through the big Windows. Cons Parking - it was on the other side of the Building and getting to the room is a bit tricky. We went from Tower A, through Tower B then to Tower C. It’s not a big problem but simple instructions beforehand would have been helpful. We did not know which floor it was, so there was a bit of confusion since there are 3 more properties that were also rented out. Using the elevators to go from the Parking lot the room was also quite complicated. No info about that either. Cleanliness A lot to say about this, and this is to warn other people before booking this poroperty. - cockroaches in the living room and bathroom. - floor was not cleaned properly. Crumbs and hair were here and there across the living room. - There was this cloth cover around the toilet seat and it was wet. The bathroom reeked of mold and there were ants on the ceiling and on the floor. - mold around the grout of the sink in the bathroom and toilet. - all the windows were dirty and looked like it has not been cleaned in a while. - TV was filthy. It did not work anyway but if it’s not working, it should not have been there in the first place. - All in all, the place is not well kept. It felt like the owner does not care anymore, or the staff cleaning it are not doing their job properly. Eitherway, the place was not pleasant to sleep in because if the whole place is dirty, then the sheets on the bed might also been dirty. WIFI - reception mostly was weak around the property. 2 out of 10. Others - the TV in the living room worked for a while and then it shut down because of a circuit breaker. We informed the staff about it and they let us switch the circuit breaker on so it would work again. - Staff left towels with their spare keys in our room.

the property is in a reasonably good location if you are of average fitness it’s a relatively easy walk to the high street area but if you are infirm or less fit it may be worth using the grab app. the property was quiet at night so sleeping was easy and the two main beds were comfortable with good air conditioning

on arrival it was evident that only very minimal cleaning had been carried out. the floor in the lounge looked clean but that was it. All the multi touch surfaces such as light switches, handles, toilet flush, cabinet handles, taps etc. were filthy and obviously not cleaned to even a basic standard for what would appear to be a long time. photo attached as example. the white window frames had a thick layer of dust and caked on grime all over and thick dust to flat surfaces such as the top of picture frames. toilets were not fully cleaned with yellow staining clearly evident in multiple locations which is easily removed if cleaned. Due to the poor cleaning standards in these post Covid times we undertook a more thorough clean of our own as the owners standards had clearly been demonstrated.
