"Decent place to stay but be wary of departure charges if no check in pics taken"

Easy check in from key safe, spacious and plenty of beds and linen for large group. Nice showers and relatively clean in general

There was no heating when we arrived and house was freezing cold but we dealt with this - connection error to boiler. Some beds/bedding were broken and dirty on arrival, please ensure to take pics or charges occur. Smoke alarms were covered on arrival, I am guessing from previous guests - fire risk

"Will not come here again"

Upstairs bathroom's floor was leaking. One of the bedroom had unpleasant smell from the pillows and we had to remove them from the house. We contact the owner but only on the last day of staying they replied us. They said they would refund us but to no avail.

"Great, comfy location for large groups going into the city"

Lovely house overall for what we needed. Plenty of space in the bedrooms. Support team were quick to help if we had any problems. Plenty of space to park nearby. Easy transport links to the city centre.

A WiFi QR code might be a good idea due to the info sticker size but nothing someone with better eye sight couldn't fix!. Could do with a bottle opener in the kitchen, unless we missed it completely.
