GBGBGemma went above and beyond for us. We booked for my daughters 13th birthday and had balloons and banners sent to the address where Gemma decorated ready for arrival even getting the number balloons filled with helium for us. The hottub is an excellent feature we used that everyday. Also great there is a firestick and free wifi. The outdoor area is kept lovely. Will most definitely return.
I can't really say there wasn't anything we didn't like because all of it was fabulous.
