Not quite complete instructions for check in and check out but overall everything was good, the owner responded quickly and gave all the necessary advice

"Disappointing"

Location was good for day trips; clean and newly remodelled.

Several roads in the neighbourhood were under full construction; had to park 2 blocks away and walk with suitcases on rocky dirt roads to access the property. We were not informed of this prior. Air conditioner did not work and co-host was unavailable. House was over 90 degrees upon arrival (3 pm) and booking.com had to assist with getting a technician out that night. Poor sleep due to the heat. Owner did bring a window air conditioner over the next night for upstairs, as main air conditioner still was not working properly. Too much time spent calling or texting about various issues.
