"The place could be amazing"

Great location, amazing period building. Apartment is lovely.Lots of amenities in the area. The beach is at the bottom of the road

The apartment has a great ambience, but on closer inspection, you realise it needs a proper clean and a bit of care and attention. At first, I was not sure if the bedding had actually been changed after the previous guests left. The bedding was so crumpled, and the bed was very badly made. This place could be amazing.
