USLoved the location once we figured it out
Didn’t know what apartment didn’t define it was back behind the house on the road. It was older and needed repairs. Didn’t heat well at night. Tv didn’t work (probably remote) and nobody came out to check it. Only one in the house. No code to the laundry room posted. Code to door wasn’t given for over an hour after asking for it, then it didn’t work and we were questioned if we were at right door; we were let in, I questioned if we went or would we get back in to be told that is what I am wondering. Fleshly got her to call me on the phone instead of texting, Tried door then still didn’t work, and was able to get a code that did. Messaged about the tv shortly after to only get a message over an hr later when we went out, and again after bedtime. Never again heard back about it.

USThe location was excellent. We wanted to stay close to my daughter & we were .8 miles from her apartment. Location to the beach & downtown was also excellent.
The facility itself could use some TLC. The one set of blinds in one of the bedrooms needs to be replaced due to broken off & bent pieces. Each time we came back to the facility there was a definitive damp (possibly mold) smell which we noticed right away. There were some walls that looked as if they had a coat of paint put on them rather than possibly replacing the drywall, which is what probably should be done.
USLocation is perfect - Just a short walk to the beach and downtown JAX Beach with shopping and restaurants. Had an issue with the AC but the maintenance person came quickly and resolved it.
Basic Cabel was not provided in the unit - so we had to buy a Roku stick to watch regular TV - Good idea to bring on anyways when travelling - we just did not know.
