Apartamento para 6, al pie de Gran Via

Nadie nos respondió el teléfono nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel de vergüenza llamando desde el día anterior y nadie contestó

Muy mala gestión, llegamos de viaje y nos encontramos que nadie nos abría la puerta no nos habían facilitado el código estuvimos en la calle dos horas esperando a que nos respondieran la llamada y nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel por lo que ha supuesto un gasto extra es denunciable

Downtown location

1)The property is very filthy and shitty! 2) One room out 4 is unbearable to occupy because of the drain smell 3)The noise at night is too loud, because of the club across the street, especially on the weekends the noise is from 10 pm to 6 am 4)If you are 5’2 you couldn’t even stand straight on the second floor, ceiling is extremely low 5) Hot water in the second floor faucet, is not working. 6) I don’t recommend this place to anyone, the cigarette smoke from the people hanging outside in the sidewalk goes in the two front bedrooms 7) I’ll give a highest rating on the location, it is very close to the shops

The only positive aspect of this apartment is that is located close to the city center, but I'd strongly to not book this apartment as does not meet habitability standards.

The apartment has several significant issues. 1) Low Ceiling Height: The second floor has a height of only 1.7 meters, making it uninhabitable and unusable 2) Nigthclub Noise: The apartment is situated on a very noisy street filled with clubs, making it difficult to sleep at night due to the constant noise. 3) Poor Ventilation: The apartment lacks proper ventilation, leading to a persistent bad smell caused by humidity.

The apartment is beautiful and confortable inside

The door is glass although you can put glass it still makes you feel intimidated, also in front there is a disco so if you are not going to parties i wouldn’t recommend as loud noises rare people will keep in front the house until 6am

Location was perfect. Plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from.

Second floor is good if you’re 4 feet tall. One of the rooms A/c was leaking water and the room smelled bad. Don’t know how long the unit has been leaking, smelled liked mildew, mold and musty.
