"Location is too remote and they seem not ready to receive guests."

4.0

The beach is larger than elsewhere in Mui Ne (though only 8 sunbeds area available for the whole hotel...) and the water has a few waves (although no water sport equipment is for rent).

The location is terrible. It's not near anything and no Grab bikes go that far out which means you pay top dollar for a cab anywhere (same price as bus Saigon-Mui Ne to get anywhere with a restaurant or coffee place). The wifi was so poor not even videos on instagram would load. Their solution was to provide a list of 6 other possible wifi points I could try. Finally the technician came and turns out they had forgotten to put a router in my room. There were still wires and construction package in my room. There was lipstick on the coffee mug. Because there's nothing to do in the area, the hotel plays very loud house music in the courtyard that can be heard in the rooms to 'entertain' the guests. The freely accessible pool is very small. The staff behind the counter had no idea of my reservation. It seems the bookings are managed by a different organisation. Someone had to be called and the check in wasn't even done behind the desk. It felt like I was air bnb'ing or something.

"Disorganised, unsavoury locals, expensive and no taxi's to take you anywhere for exploring"

3.0

The hotel was clean, children were running down the hallways screaming and there was a bit of noise from other guests but that's typical for the Vietnamese clientele that this hotel caters for.

Check-in. It was confusing and irritating. You have to contact the person on whatsapp, it's hotel staff but not. The staff behind the counter, I'm not entirely sure what they do but they are not checking you in or out. We are residents and take copies of our passports, TRC's and VN drivers license everywhere with us. That is all that is needed to register you with the police. The disorganisation of this place had us knowing that our passports would have been lost. It is unnecessary. Pay the extra to not hand over your ID, it is refunded when you check out. Location. It is impossible to get taxi's from the hotel to places close by like Full Moon for dinner ( the buffet offered at the hotel was overpriced and mediocre at best. It should have been decent local food but it was terrible Western food. Taxi's are a nightmare, booking on Grab and they just pull over on the side of the road and wait you out until you cancel. Taxi's try to triple charge you to take you from here, off the meter, very unsavoury. We tried to travel to the next resort for a quieter place, not to be harassed by hobo locals that come right up to your face and film you, which was very offensive, and lower class. The clientele that this hotel caters for is pretty gangsta, watch your belongings. The hotel is far from everywhere, there is nothing to see here. Food The entire place is run by the hotel, the mini marts, the juice bars, everything, and it is a rort. We paid 75K for mango juice, we would pay 25k for this in Thao Dien in Saigon. The buffet we went and visited, the food looked terrible. A group of us were there for the triathlon and the food was terrible, microwave pizza??!!! Why not offer authentic local food? Pool. Four massive buildings full of apartments surround the main pool, which offers about 10 - 15 sunbeds. The clientele that this place appeals to clean their nose in the pool, pick their noses in the pool and have their kids pee on the side of the pool.

"Nice luxury feel affordably"

10.0

The staff was exceptionally helpful with everything from late check-in to helping us with any little problem. Most of the staff spoke adaquate english. The view is fenomenal from the infinity pool on the middle yard.

The choice in breakfest seems to be wide at first glance but from the 4 restaurants only 3 was open and they told us they all serve the same. The food was good but for a place this big there could be more variety.

6.0

Everything. Nobody speaks English. Nobody can help you with anything. And if you get help, it takes hours. For our room we had to wait over an hour. Untill 6 PM. Coupons for breakfast would never come if I didn't ask. All the personal is on mobile phones, playing and nobody cares. Bar by the swimming pool has dirty tables and bartender again on the mobil phone playing games and not cleaning and helping customers. Food corners have just ok food, nothing very good.. To get a new elevater card ( because the first one stopped working) took 2 hours, they brought it to me at midnight. When you arrive here, you don't know what to do. Nobody tells you that you're supposed to wait here for the buggy. Nobody gives you any informations about facilities that you can use and where to find help. The hotel is beautiful but people working here need some educational improvement. Don't get me wrong, everyone is very nice, but that's all. You cannot work with just nice people, but with the skillful ones. And that's the problem here. Laziness and lack of training..

"High rise hotel complex in the middle of nowhere."

5.0

Felt like new. Large room. Quiet and comfortable. 2 swimming pools downstairs, one lager than usual. Has swimming pool on the rooftop with good view. Very secure as access to lift only possible with room card.

High rise buildings (20 floors) in the middle of nowhere. 2 supermarkets in the complex without prices on the products. When challenged they told us that it would be too complicated to price up goods (!). Restaurant in complex is pricy. Only one restaurant where we got good food and service in the complex, called Quan Mui Ne Oi (near central pool). Property advertised with cooking facilities but nothing provided. Was asked to itemise exactly what we needed but didn’t really get anything useful. We realised later that cooking was no option anyway as the supermarkets in complex didn’t cater for cooking. Beach untidy.

It's cold here.
