The location is in a clean, quiet and safe neighbourhood, close to Plaza Romania/tram/bus stop (5 min walking) and Lujerului Metro station (10 min walking). The Linie Park (3 km long and very nice) is right close to it. There's a Profi supermarket under the building. The apartment is spatious. The balcony is small but it's got a beautiful view to the park. The bed is very comfortable. The night curtains are very thick. The air conditioning is useful. The host is very kind and helpful. The communication was quick and efficient. Easy self check-in and check-out. I definitely recommend it and I'll gladly come back if I have the chance.

Anything important to complain about. The kitchen and bathroom supplies were a little poor though... (in the kitchen: it would have been helpful a (paper) towel, some matches/lighter for the cooker, a spare trashbag, some hand soap in the bathroom etc.)
