La cercanía a la playa y a todo lo necesario

No hay un sofá cómodo donde poder la televisión un rato. La terraza muy desaprovechada y con demasiadas sillas y una mesa muy grande que te deja sin espacio. Los armarios llenos de cosas de los antiguos dueños y no se pueden aprovechar. Y la cocina y el baño con todo un poco antiguo, incluso sin mampara para la ducha.
