The home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $100 for 1 pet and $200 for 2 pets max. NO FIREWORKS AT ALL EVER and if we find out about it, you will be fined $500. Due to the location of this property, being secluded in the woods will not be tolerated! Please NO parties, no fire pits, no fireworks. NO open fires are allowed in the PanArk neighborhood. Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Beautiful cabin and location. Leadville, Buena Vista and Aspen are just around the corner. I really would recommend Doty's River Inn as the place to stay in Twin Lakes area.
