The house felt like a home not just a rental.

I have mobility issues and the parking is first come first serve. My vehicle would not fit in the garage and had to park away from the property. The neighbors took all 5 parking spots near the rental with the 4 and 5 cars thay had in thier groups.

"Really good value for the money."

The house is perfect for 4 guys on a golfing trip. The kitchen is well equipped. The host provides enough of the essentials to make the stay pleasant. I know from other rentals that the hosts do not always provide paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, towels, soap, etc. Ryan does a great job with this. All in all a great place to stay.

The bedrooms could benefit from some shades that help make the rooms darker at night. The Venetian blind wand came off in my hand the first time I tried to close the blinds. The Nashville sign on the rooftop did not work. Not an issue for us 60 year old guys. The throw rugs could use a good steam cleaning.
