Clean, good location, nice studio.

The service. The process for housekeeping is too complicated, I didn’t get new towels during my 8 nights stay, and no one came to clean the room or empty the trash. We I asked reception, someone told me the bin is near the stairs, so basically « do it yourself! » and then staring laughing with the other staff members on a different language, totally rude! It’s supposed to be a hotel, so give people towels every day if they need, period!

Spacious and comfortable. Rooftop pool an added bonus but it was somewhat windy for the time of our stay

Promised Mountain View was somewhat limited by the building opposite - should have request to be on the 4th floor or above!
