"Our room has COCKROACH in it!!!!"

We booked a three-night stay in October. On the second morning, we were shocked to find a large COCKROACH in the living room. I immediately contacted both the hotel and Booking.com to report the issue and requested a refund, as we decided to check out immediately. After several hours of back-and-forth communication, the hotel finally agreed to charge us only for the first night. However, nearly three weeks passed before any refund was processed. Only after I followed up again with Booking.com did the hotel issue the refund — but they deducted an additional €30 “cleaning fee.” This is completely unreasonable. In most countries, the presence of cockroaches in a hotel room would justify a full refund, not additional charges. If paying for the first night is necessary, I can accept that, but charging a cleaning fee on top of that is unacceptable and entirely unjustified.

La situación,el edificio....el estilo.

Está muy deteriorado el apartamento. No está muy limpio...solo lo más visible... El armario no permite colgar la ropa larga( vestidos) tiene dentro el termo....y un armario tipo cajón grande para guardar cosas de limpieza del servicio....osea que apenas se puede utilizar. Los muebles de cocina estaban sucios.... Me ha decepcionado en este sentido Las ventanas están rotas las maderas.... Necesita una buena restauración. Las toallas muy pequeñas de ducha... Y también había mascotas en otro apartamento cosa que no se permitía según leí en las condiciones. Era un perro grande... En definitiva,no lo volvería a elegir.

Le calme, la terrasse, la douche moderne, la sécurité une fois les volets fermés

la forme allongée de l appartement, fenêtres donnant sur le couloir extérieur fermées par des volets la plupart du temps ( intimité, sécurité) =) sombre Il manque un égouttoir pour sécher sa vaisselle
